The gap we fill

Most business owners have heard that AI will change everything. What usually arrives is a chatbot subscription and no plan for using it.

The hard part is not the technology. It is knowing which of your daily tasks are worth automating, which staff hours are being spent on work a machine can do, and what to do with the time you get back.

That is the work we do. We start with your operations, not with a product we are trying to sell.

Engagement

How an engagement works

  1. 1. Assessment

We spend time with your team and watch how work actually gets done: who does what, how long it takes, where files and registers move by hand, and where the same information gets entered twice.

You receive a written report listing every task we looked at, the hours it currently consumes, what can be automated or assisted, the expected saving in hours and rupees, and what each change would cost to implement.

The assessment is a fixed fee. If you go ahead with implementation, that fee is credited against the project cost.

  2. 2. Recommendation

We recommend existing tools first. If a subscription you can buy today solves the problem, we will say so, because it is cheaper and faster than anything custom.

We propose building custom software only where off-the-shelf tools genuinely do not fit your workflow, your existing systems, or your language requirements. When we do, you get the cost and the reason in writing before anything is built.

  3. 3. Implementation

Recommendations are worthless if nobody sets them up. We configure the tools, connect them to the systems you already run, and start with one department or one branch as a pilot so problems surface at a small scale.

  4. 4. Training

We train your staff on the new workflow, in Urdu and English, using your own data and your own examples rather than generic demonstrations. You keep the written procedures and a reference guide afterwards.

  5. 5. Support

Tools break, staff change, and better tools appear every few months. A monthly support arrangement covers fixes, workflow adjustments, and reviews of what is now possible that was not possible when we started.

Industries

Industries we work with

Schools and academies

  • Timetable generation that accounts for teacher availability and room constraints
  • Analysis of result data to show which subjects, sections, and teachers need attention
  • Fee follow-up and admission enquiry handling over WhatsApp
  • Worksheet and question paper preparation aligned to your syllabus
  • Individual learning support plans for students who need extra attention

Hospitals and clinics

  • Radiology reporting with voice dictation, including drafting from dictated findings
  • Discharge summaries and referral letters drafted from existing records
  • Clinical audit across prescriptions: drug interactions, antibiotic use, formulary compliance
  • Panel and health card claim preparation to reduce rejected claims
  • Management reporting on occupancy, revenue per department, and billing leakage

All clinical tools are built as decision support for your doctors. The clinician reviews and signs. Nothing is diagnosed or prescribed automatically.

Cash and carry and retail

  • Demand forecasting and reorder alerts from your sales history
  • Expiry and dead stock warnings before the loss is booked
  • Shelf and floor space analysis based on what actually sells
  • Customer purchase history used to build offers for repeat buyers
  • Supplier price tracking across your purchase records

Petrol pumps

  • Reconciliation of tank readings against nozzle sales, with alerts on unexplained differences
  • Credit and fleet customer ledgers with automated WhatsApp reminders
  • Shift and attendant level reporting
  • Fuel ordering based on your own consumption pattern instead of guesswork

Real estate

  • Qualification and follow-up of enquiries from portals, Facebook, and WhatsApp
  • Listing descriptions and advertising copy in English and Urdu
  • Market and pricing summaries compiled for your area of operation
  • Client history and follow-up reminders so no lead goes cold

Auto workshops

  • Job cards created by voice instead of by hand
  • Repair estimates prepared from photographs and vehicle history
  • Service due reminders sent automatically to past customers
  • Parts inventory tracking and supplier price comparison

Any business

What we can automate in any business

These apply regardless of your industry.

WhatsApp assistant in Urdu, Roman Urdu, and English.

Answers routine customer questions, takes enquiries, and sends reminders on the channel your customers already use.

Register and invoice digitisation.

Handwritten registers, khata books, delivery challans, and supplier invoices converted into searchable records. This is usually the first step for a business whose data is still on paper.

Reporting.

Daily and monthly summaries produced from data you already have, delivered to the owner instead of requested from staff.

Document drafting.

Quotations, notices, letters, and standard correspondence prepared in minutes.

Voice to record.

Staff voice notes turned into structured entries, which suits teams that will talk but will not type.

Operations analytics from existing cameras.

Queue lengths, counter coverage, peak hours, and safety incidents, used for staffing and layout decisions.

Your data stays yours

Any business that lets us study its workflows is showing us sales figures, staff records, and sometimes patient or student files. We take that seriously.

  • We sign a non-disclosure agreement before the assessment starts.
  • Your data belongs to you. It is not reused, resold, or used to train anything we sell to another client.
  • For sensitive records, we can run AI models on a server inside your own premises, so patient and student information never leaves your building.
  • Pakistan does not yet have an enacted data protection law, but a bill has been in draft for several years and includes requirements on local storage and children's data. We build systems that will still be compliant when it passes.

What it costs

We charge for three things, separately, so you can see what you are paying for.

What How it is charged
Workflow assessment Fixed fee — contact us for a quote. Credited against implementation if you proceed.
Tools and implementation Quoted per project after the assessment. Third party subscriptions are billed at cost, or paid directly by you.
Custom software Quoted separately, with ownership and licensing terms agreed in writing before work begins.
Training Per session or per batch — contact us for a quote.
Ongoing support Monthly — contact us for a quote. Optional.

We do not take a share of your revenue and we do not lock you into tools you cannot leave.

Common questions

Do we have to replace our existing software?

Usually not. Most of what we do connects to the systems you already run. Replacement is a last resort, and we will tell you when it is genuinely cheaper than working around what you have.

Our records are still on paper. Is it too early for us?

No. It is a starting point rather than a disqualification. Digitising your registers is often the first project, because nothing else is possible until your data exists in a usable form.

Will this cost our staff their jobs?

Our aim is to move staff off repetitive work, not to remove them. In most businesses the same team handles more volume, and the owner decides what to do with the capacity that frees up.

Do you work outside Islamabad and Rawalpindi?

Yes. We travel for the assessment and implementation phases, and handle training and support remotely where that works for you. Travel costs are quoted upfront.

Can you work in Urdu?

Yes. Training is delivered in Urdu or English, and the tools we build handle Urdu and Roman Urdu where your staff or customers need it.
